SureDial Home

SureDial Home is a residential phone service which enables you to make outgoing calls to local, national and international fixed and mobile numbers at much cheaper rates than Jersey Telecom* from your landline. We'll supply a FREE Smartbox which simply plugs into your phone line and automatically prefixes a special number to any number you dial. This routes your call through Sure where you'll benefit from much lower cost calls. SureDial Home has no connection or setup charge, no monthly fee, no fixed term contract and there is no need to change your home phone number.

• 50% off landline calls to Portugal, Madeira, Poland, Ireland, South Africa, France, Spain, USA and Canada.
• FREE calls to all Sure Jersey mobiles.
• 35% off calls to any other local mobile.
• 25% off UK and Guernsey landline calls**.
• Local landline calls capped at 10p for the first hour.
• 10% off local landline, UK mobile and other International landline and mobile calls.
• In addition you only pay 5p minimum call charge (instead of 7p charged by JT).
• £5 SureDial credit for new customers taking a mobile or broadband contract at the same time.
• Option of a £10 per month bolt-on that will give you unlimited free local landline calls - existing SureDial customers can add this at any time by popping into the shop - don't forget to bring your ID and a recent SureDial Bill to help us confirm your identity.
