SureDial Home
SureDial Home is a residential phone service which enables you to make outgoing calls to local, national and international fixed and mobile numbers at much cheaper rates than Manx Telecom* from your landline. We'll supply a FREE Smartbox which simply plugs into your phone line and automatically prefixes a special number to any number you dial. This routes your call through Sure where you'll benefit from much lower cost calls. SureDial Home has no connection or setup charge, no monthly fee, no fixed term contract and there is no need to change your home phone number.

How to join
Simply pop into the Sure store on Strand Street, Douglas and sign up. We'll give you your FREE Smartbox to take home with you to plug into your phone line. In most circumstances you should be able to use the service as soon as you get home**.

** Orders taken in store are normally completed immediately but in unusual circumstances may take a short time to process. If you use the Smartbox during this period you may hear an announcement stating that your number is not registered for use with the service. If you hear this announcement after one working day please call 07624 247 247 for assistance.
